    • British police and intelligence agencies arrested three more suspects in connection with the Manchester suicide bombing.
    • Salman Abedi, the 22-year-old suspected bomber, is believed to have traveled to Syria, French interior minister Gérard Collomb said, indicating French and British intelligence had information that Mr. Abedi had “proven” ties to the Islamic State.
    • Britain’s Home Secretary Amber Rudd said it was “likely” Abedi was not acting alone.
