These “break in case of fire” plans will speed up the response to crises, clearly setting out who will communicate with whom, and how. We also take clients through pre-emptive scenario-based exercises to “game-out” possible crises – and we provide expert media training to help client spokespeople hone essential communications skills.

Respond:
Clients also rely on TRG once a crisis strikes. In these times, we embed an experienced media team to work on-site with the client to facilitate rapid monitoring, analysis and response.
