TRG trainers are expert at skill set transfer in media relations, news writing and presentation, television and radio production, strategic communications planning, and crisis management. Training is provided in one-on-one and classroom formats, and via on-the-job training.

In the wake of catastrophic events governments often need to re-establish public communications infrastructure and office staff. In such cases, TRG has deployed Tactical Communications Teams to assist existing personnel in re-establishing professional public affairs offices and to provide ongoing skills training.
